Bookings
Booking an appointment with Matrix Nails means your slot is auto-confirmed! However, I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn’t fit my policy.
Consultation Forms
A consultation form is required before your appointment. You’ll receive it after booking, please complete it at least 24 hours in advance to avoid delays or cancellation.
Deposits
No deposit is required to secure your booking. Just arrive ready for your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me manage my time and offer the slot to someone else.
Payments
You can pay by card, cash, or bank transfer at the end of your appointment.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you experience any issues, repairs are available for the first 5 days, after which there is a charge per nail.
Client Responsibilities
Please ensure to complete your consultation form and arrive on time. If you’re late, your appointment might need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Health & Safety
If you’re feeling unwell, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. I ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned thoroughly before each client.
Privacy
Your personal information is only used to manage your booking and is never shared with third parties.
